Refund policy

We hope you love your First Kid London purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

● Unworn and unused

● Unwashed

● In their original condition

● Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items that show signs of wear, washing or damage after delivery cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.
